Product specifications:
Power requirements: maximum 27VDC, maximum 0.30 ampere
Air inlet connection: CY-DP-03-A1/8 BSPT is used for 1/8NPT of AAB10000DP-03-Z1.
Electrical pipe connection: AAB10000DP-03-A, M12X1.5 is suitable for AAB10000DP-03-Z1.
Maximum working pressure: 100psi (7bar).
Maximum flow: 0.47gpm at 100psi (1.8lpm at 7bar).
Maximum ambient temperature: 104°F (40°C).
Weight: about 25 ounces (0.7 kg).

Fluid connection:
Fluid connections should use appropriate 1/8" pipe connections. If metal fittings are used, appropriate thread sealant should be applied to the threads before assembly. For those applications that require recirculation, two 1/8" pipes are provided Connection port. If recirculation is not required, one of the 1/8" pipe plugs provided with each unit should be used.

Electrical connections:
The electrical pipe connection of the pipe connector is 1/2"NPT (M) of the NPT version. The pipe must protect the cable from mechanical damage and terminate in a sealed enclosure or junction box suitable for hazardous locations. For the BSPT version, the cable is used Ex-d rated cable gland. The fuse holder and 3/10 amp fuse should be used as shown in Fiqure 1. The ground of CY-DP-03-A must be connected to a real ground.

Remark:
*Assembled and tested the electromagnetic part of the AA(B)10000DP-03-A pulse jet nozzle. And sealed in the factory to ensure safety and normal operation. This part of the unit should not be disassembled for cleaning or maintenance.
*The solenoid coil is factory sealed, no other pipe sealing is required.
*By disassembling the top of the nozzle and unscrewing the valve seat, the technology approaches the valve part of the AA(B)10000DP-03-A pulse jet nozzle for cleaning and/or maintenance.
*Fuses must be connected when using insurance protection in hazardous environments

The picture above shows conventional spraying using a nozzle installed on the header. The figure below shows how to use machine spray technology to eliminate fine waste by moving the nozzle according to the shape of the target.

Use of warnings and safety measures
·Only qualified personnel can install, maintain and operate pulse jet nozzles.
·The owner of the equipment is responsible for ensuring that the personnel using pulse jet nozzles safely complete their assigned tasks, and the trained installation should comply with the relevant requirements of the National Electrical Code (ANSU/NEPA 70).
·The installation in Europe should meet the relevant requirements of EN 60079-14. Before installing or maintaining the pulse nozzle, please make sure that the voltage at the time of closing the installation meets the requirements.
·Use the flammable material room and do not disconnect the live circuit. Provide adequate ventilation equipment to prevent the concentration of volatile steam in the spray area
·Unless it is in a fully assembled state, no voltage can be supplied to others during use.
·Work beyond these specifications may result in unsatisfactory spray application, nozzle damage or personal injury.
·The spraying system company exempts all responsibilities if the use of our equipment does not meet our recommendations and or any unauthorized intervention.
·Special conditions of use: The exposed metal of the nozzle should be electrically connected to a suitable grounding device to reduce the accumulation of static electricity.
